Accounting Bookkeeper!!!

Salary: $27.50 / hour
Vacancies: 3 Vacancy
Terms of employment: Full time 35 hours / week
Start date: As soon as possible

Main duties

• Keep financial records of the company
• Establish, maintain, and balance various accounts using accounting software
• Post daily journal entries
• Reconcile accounts, prepare trial balances, and prepare financial statements
• Calculate and prepare cheques for payrolls
• Pay CRA payments, like payroll remittances, GST, other taxes and Utility bills
• Prepare tax returns and perform other personal bookkeeping services
• Prepare, financial and accounting reports.
• Coordinate with CPA for finalization of financial returns
• Perform other related duties

Education Requirements

College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years

Experience

1 to 2 years of experience working as bookkeeper /accountant and or related education
