• Job Location: 3750 Edgemont Blvd,  Unit 1,North Vancouver, BC V7R 2P8
• Hourly Rate: $19.00/Hr
• Vacancy: 1
• Terms of employment: Contract 12 months at 30-40 hours / week
• Benefits:Other benefits
• Employment conditions:Early Morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Flexible Hours, To be determined, Weekend
• Child Requiring Care: Child
• Able to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
• Start date: As soon as possible

Job Requirements:

• Language: English
• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
• Experience: 1 to less than 7 months 
• Security and Safety:Criminal Record Check
• Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Repetitive tasks,Attention to detail
• Work Location:Work in employer's/client's home

Job Responsibilities:

• Assume full responsibility for household in absence of parent/s
• Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties,
• Shop for food and household supplies,
• Travel with family on trips and assist with child supervision and housekeeping duties
• Wash, iron and press clothing and household linens
• Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents,
• Instruct children in personal hygiene, social development, and toilet training
• Keep records of daily activities & health information regarding children,
• Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home,
• Organize activities such as games 
• Prepare, cook, and serve nutritious meals
• Take child to and from school and appointments, and
• Tend to emotional well-being of child.
