Our team of experienced home improvement professionals offer sound advice, recommendations, and creative ideas to our customers without making your pockets hurt.


Our Store is located at 7195 Highway 9 Schomberg, ON, Canada L0G 1T0.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily office operations and administrative procedures.
  • Supervise and delegate tasks to office support staff.
  • Manage inventory levels for landscaping supplies and construction materials.
  • Manage records requests in line with access to information and privacy laws, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
  • Support the planning, contracting, and seasonal project initiatives.
  • Prepare and monitor operating budgets, invoices, and expense reports to keep budgetary control.
  • Draft, edit, and proofread business correspondence and internal documents.
  • Maintain accurate reports of sales, orders, and supplier transactions.
  • Respond to phone and email inquiries from clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Ensure smooth handling of customer requests, contractor communication, and delivery scheduling by maintaining effective administrative systems.
  • Support management in planning projects, promotions, and service coordination.


Qualifications and Skills:

• At least 1 - 2 years related experience
• Secondary school or equivalent
• Excellent planning and organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and with team too
• Flexibility to adjust to shifting priorities
• Have good communication skills
