Job Title: Painters and Decorators Supervisor

Location of Work: On-site at various locations in the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley, BC
Wage: $36.60 per hour

Job Duties:    

• Oversee painting projects and ensure work is completed on time and up to company standards.
• Lead and supervise a team of painters, assigning tasks and monitoring progress.
• Organize daily schedules and coordinate activities to keep projects on track.
• Provide training and guidance to new or existing workers.
• Ensure health and safety rules are followed at all worksites.
• Recommend staffing decisions such as hiring, promotions, or performance improvements.
• Order and manage materials, tools, and supplies for ongoing projects.
• Apply paint, wallpaper, or other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces when required.
• Mix and prepare paints to achieve desired colors and textures.

Skills Requirements:

• No formal education required
• 2 to less than 3 years of related experience required
• Ability to work outdoors, at heights, and in varying weather conditions

Work Conditions and Schedule:

• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Shifts may include early morning, morning, and daytime hours
