Required Cook (NOC 63200) 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDED: 

 

  • Design menus and estimate the food quantities needed for execution. 

  • Prepare and cook entire meals or specific dishes and foods. 

  • Train staff in food preparation, cooking, and handling. 

  • Supervise kitchen staff and assistants. 

  • Maintain inventory and keep records of food, supplies, and equipment. 

  • Recruit and hire staff members. 

  • Plan and organize buffets and banquets. 

  • Oversee kitchen operations

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate 

Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years 

Language : English 

Position: 2
