Education

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, business administration, accounting, finance, or economics is required.

Experience

• Two (3) to less than five (5) years of relevant professional experience.
• In-depth knowledge of real estate markets, financing structures, and development feasibility analysis is required.

On site

 Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate financial risk
• Collect financial and investment information about companies, stocks, bonds and other investments
• Examine and analyze financial and investment information
• Provide investment advice and recommendations to clients, senior company officials
• Advise on and participate in the financial aspects of contracts and calls for tender
• Analyze investment projects
• Assist in preparing operating and investment budgets
• Plan short- and long-term cash flows and assess financial performance
• Variance analysis
• Prepare company, industry and economic outlooks, analytical reports, briefings, notes and correspondence

Computer and technology knowledge

• Data analysis software
• Accounting software
• MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• MS Outlook and electronic mail
