Position Details
Employment Type: Full-time, permanent
Hourly Wage: $29.50
Weekly Hours: 35 to 40
Location of Work: Calgary, AB

Duties and Responsibilities
-Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
-Act as the first point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries via phone and email, providing information about our services, and directing clients to the appropriate team members.
-Schedule appointments and manage calendars for project managers and other staff, ensuring timely communication and coordination of projects.
-Prepare, edit, and format documents, including contracts, proposals, and reports, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company's database, including client information, project details, and financial transactions.
-Assist with the preparation and processing of invoices, ensuring timely and accurate billing of clients and tracking payments.
-Communicate with suppliers to order materials, track deliveries, and resolve any issues related to orders and supplies.
-Organize and maintain both electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring easy retrieval of important documents and compliance with company policies.
-Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and handling correspondence.
-Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions, including booking venues, arranging catering, and coordinating logistics.

Qualifications
-Completion of Secondary School
-Related experience is an asset
