Wage: $41/hr

Terns of employment: Full time, permanent, 30 to 40 hours per week

Job Description:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store.
• Manage staff, prepare schedules and assign duties.
• Analyze market trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of
• competitor’s operations on sales.
• Determine merchandise and services to be sold,
• Implement price and credit policies.
• Source and negotiate with vendors when necessary to procure merchandise for resale.
• Plan, develop and execute marketing strategies to expand target market and enhance profitability.
• Develop and maintain store budget, authorize expenditures and monitor revenues.
• Handle customer complaints and work to resolve them.
• Responsible for the staffing of the store, including recruitment and training.
