Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor (NOC-62010)

Work Location: Unit-19, 2074 Steeles Avenue East, Brampton, ON, Canada L6T 4Z9

Term of employment: Full-time, permanent position with minimum 35-40 hours per week

Compensation: $ 22.00/hour

Main duties include but are not limited to:

• Assign sales workers to duties
• Order merchandise
• Authorize return of merchandise
• Establish work schedules
• Sell merchandise
• Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
• Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
• Manage cash

Requirements:

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: Minimum 7 months to less than 1 year experience required
• Language: English

Supervision:

• 1-2 people

Work Setting:

• Retail business
