About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team at The Kitchen Barista & Gifts. This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital marketing, e-commerce, and brand growth. You will play a key role in managing our online presence, advertising strategy, and product presentation on our website.
Key Responsibilities
- Google Ads Optimization:
 Manage and optimize the company’s Google Ads account to ensure consistent sales and a high return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Budget Management:
 Take full ownership of the digital advertising budget, ensuring efficient allocation and cost-effectiveness.
- Social Media Presence:
 Maintain and grow our presence on Instagram and Facebook, ensuring brand consistency and engagement through regular, high-quality content.
- E-Commerce Website Management:
- List new products and manage existing listings.
- Write clear, accurate, and engaging product descriptions.
- Ensure the website front end is user-friendly and up to date.
- Monitor product pricing to stay competitive in the market.
- Marketing Content Creation:
- Prepare written materials including newsletters, brochures, website content, and social posts.
- Develop press releases and internal communication material.
- Market Research & Strategy:
- Conduct analytical marketing studies and competitive analysis.
- Design, conduct, and analyze quantitative and qualitative research projects.
- Support the development and execution of marketing strategies and business plans.
- Media & Communication:
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets.
- Manage and maintain a digital contact database.
Qualifications
- Language: English (spoken and written fluency required)
- Education: College diploma or equivalent (College/CEGEP)
- Experience: Minimum 7 months to less than 1 year in a similar digital marketing or e-commerce role
- Technical Skills:
- Experience with Google Ads
- Social media tools (Instagram, Facebook)
- Website CMS (e.g., Shopify, WordPress)
- Basic understanding of SEO and web analytics
