Job Description

The Senior Solution Architect and Engineer is responsible for translating the vision for projects into concrete solutions, guiding development teams from design through delivery while incorporating modern data science and AI capabilities. This front-line leadership role requires strong software development expertise and a deep understanding of cloud architecture, advanced analytics, and digital transformation within financial services. The incumbent will bridge technical and business teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, innovative software solutions.

Responsibilities:
? Provide technical leadership across teams in the financial services industry, ensuring alignment with business and technical goals.
? Translate complex business problems into actionable technology and software solutions.
? Design, develop, and guide the implementation of scalable software systems and microservices using modern frameworks.
? Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into architecture and design, and support developers with hands-on assistance.
? Develop both frontend and backend components with a focus on integration with cloud-based core banking systems.
? Incorporate machine learning and AI capabilities into the solution design where applicable, including predictive models, decision trees, clustering, and neural networks.
? Leverage data science methodologies to extract insights from structured and unstructured data to support decision-making. 
? Participate in and lead code reviews, technical documentation, sprint planning, retrospectives, and QA processes.
? Prepare and maintain solution architecture documents, technical specifications, and deployment documentation.
? Manage end-to-end delivery of client projects, acting as the primary technical contact for escalations and complex issues.
? Visualize data and results to communicate findings to stakeholders using accessible methods and tools.
? Promote Synpulse’s value proposition and help define digital strategies around banking and insurance transformation.
