Pharmacy Assistant

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES ARE LISTED BELOW:

• Patient greeting and confirmation of accuracy of all pertinent prescription information prior to filling

• Accurately enter prescriptions and prepare medications under pharmacist supervision
• Provide excellent customer service in a confidential, respectful manner
• Manage inventory, stock shelves, and process orders
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and handling patient records securely

• Assist with dispensing activities such as filling, labelling, and billing of prescriptions.
• Prepare and process billings, claims, disbursements and related documents

Work Location:         6 Stevens Ave, Marathon ON P0T 2E0

Salary:                        $37/hr

Hours:                        30-40 hours per week

Position type:             Full-time & Permanent

Qualifications:

Experience:                 1 month to less than 7 months

Education:                   Completion of High school

Language:                   English
