Job Description

?Pho Fresh, 5571 16th Ave, Delta, BC V4M 2H7, is seeking a full-time permanent Ethnic Food Cook (Vietnamese). Responsibilities: Determine the size of food portions and costs. Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization. Requisition food and kitchen supplies. Inspect kitchens and food service areas. Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food. Order supplies and equipment. Supervise kitchen staff and helpers. Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment. Clean kitchen and work areas. Manage kitchen operations. Education is unimportant. However, 3 - 5 years of experience in Vietnamese Cuisine is required. Minimal English. Personal suitability: Dependability, Flexibility, Initiative, Judgement, Organized, Reliability, Team player, Time management. $36.60 per hour based on 40-hour work week.
