Job Description

Office Administrative Assistant

Employer: Humble Consultancy and Recruitment Services Inc.
Location: Moncton, NB, E1C 1B9
Salary: $31.00 per hour, 35–45 hours per week
Terms: Permanent, Full-time
Schedule: Day, Evening, Morning, Weekend
Start date: As soon as possible


Job Overview

Humble Consultancy and Recruitment Services Inc. is seeking a reliable and organized Office Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations in a fast-paced consulting environment.


Responsibilities

  • Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, and meetings

  • Establish and maintain office procedures and routines

  • Schedule and confirm appointments

  • Manage contracts and records

  • Respond to telephone, email, and in-person inquiries

  • Provide customer service and basic bookkeeping support

  • Order and maintain office supplies

  • Set up and manage manual and computerized filing systems

  • Conduct performance reviews and support HR functions

  • Plan, organize, and oversee daily operations


Qualifications

  • Education: College diploma or certificate (1–2 years) OR equivalent experience

  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in an administrative role

  • Language: English

  • Area of experience: Immigration and/or Human Resources is an asset

  • Skills: Attention to detail, organizational ability, team player, dependable


Work Conditions

  • On-site work only (no remote option)

  • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
