Stanley Painting is a trusted painting and finishing services company in Prince Edward Island, specializing in residential and commercial projects. We are currently seeking a skilled Painter to join our team for on-site work at various locations.

Job Responsibilities

As a Painter, you will:

• Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to be painted.

• Repair cracks, holes, and other surface imperfections.

• Mix paint to the desired colour and texture.

• Apply paint, wallpaper, and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces.

• Measure, cut, and apply wallpaper or other coverings.

• Advise clients on colour choices and wall finishes.

• Ensure job sites are clean, safe, and completed to high standards.

Qualifications

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of related experience (or equivalent).

• Language: English.

Work Environment

• On-site (no remote work).

• Various locations, including residential and commercial sites.

• Outdoors, at heights, exposure to odours.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to handle loads up to 9 kg (20 lbs).

• Bending, crouching, kneeling.

• Attention to detail and ability to distinguish between colours.

• Physically demanding role with repetitive tasks.
