Job Description

P&S Frozen Foods Ltd., 1238 SE Marine Dr, Vancouver, BC V5X 2V9, is seeking two full-time permanent process operators for food and beverage processing. Responsibilities: Perform corrective machine adjustments. Record production information. Observe gauges, computer printouts and video monitors to verify specified processing conditions. Clean machines and immediate work areas. Make adjustments to process variables. Maintain a shift log of production and other data. Check products for defects and ensure conformance to company standards. Education Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. 1 to less than 7 months of experience. Minimal English. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Repetitive tasks, Physically demanding, Manual dexterity, Attention to detail, Hand-eye co-ordination. Benefits: Dental plan, Health care plan and subsidized public transportation. $20.10 per hour based on a 40-hour work week.
