Job Description

Westcor Thermal, #16 - 19272 - 96 Ave.Surrey, BCV4N 4C1, is seeking a full-time permanent Insulation Mechanic. Responsibilities: Select type of insulation required. Apply and secure insulation using spraying, blowing, pasting, strapping, taping and other application and installation methods. Install vapour barriers and fire-retardant materials. Brush waterproofing cement or other material over insulating materials. Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings and specifications. Area of Specialization: Spraying and blowing insulation. Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years. $34.25 per hour based on a 40-hour work week.
