About CIMT College

CIMT College – The Canadian Institute of Management and Technology – has been serving the community since 1998, providing quality education and training to prepare students for successful careers. We are currently seeking motivated and skilled Computer Training Instructors to join our teaching faculty in Mississauga.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging training programs on various computer applications.
• Create, administer, and grade assessments to evaluate students’ progress and understanding.
• Create instructional materials, such as manuals and handouts.
• Conduct hands-on labs to reinforce theoretical concepts.
• Evaluate student progress through assessments and provide feedback.
• Stay updated on the latest technology trends and software updates.
• Facilitate discussions and encourage collaboration among students.
• Supervise independent and group projects, ensuring effective collaboration and learning outcomes.
• Mentor and supervise teaching assistants to support effective instructional delivery.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience.
Language: English.

Basic security clearance.
