Our landscaping team operate all year round, covering summer maintenance through to winter gritting, so there is no need to delay for better weather conditions – we’re there for you, where and when you need to consider your landscaping.

At this point Greenland Sodding and Landscaping Inc. is requiring a dynamic general contractor, who will be responsible for providing the most sufficient and outstanding service they can. DUTIES:

• Recruit, hire, supervise and co-ordinate the activities of workers who maintain lawns, gardens, and other landscaped areas
• Hire and supervise activities of subcontractors
• Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractualagreements
• Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control
• Plan and manage budgets
• Develop and implement quality control programs
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
• Organize the planting and maintenance of trees, gardens, lawns, shrubs and hedges and the construction and installation of fences, decks, patios, walkways and retaining walls

REQUIREMENTS:

-          Completion of secondary school

-          1 year to less than 2 years of work experience is required

-          Spoken and written English language

-          Willing to travel

Spoken and written Hungarian language is an asset
