Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the development, implementation and evaluation of communication strategies and programs designed to inform clients, employees and the public of initiatives and policies of the business.

- Responsible for conducting public opinion and attitude surveys to identify the interests and concerns of key groups served by the business.

- Responsible for the development and organising events to provide information for client and public to show case the business’s product and services.

- Responsible for the development and implementation of advertising campaigns appropriate for print, electronic and social media.

- Responsible for carrying out assessment of products and services provided by the business and provide advice on marketing and advertisement needs to drive sales.

- Responsible for advising the business on advertising and sales promotion strategies to drive sales.

- Responsible for gathering, researching and preparing communication materials for clients to promote sales.

- Managing escalated complaints, developing and implementing marketing strategies.

- Will co-ordinate client, vendor and public relationship with the business through organising events and promotions to improve sales and product/services awareness.

- Will be responsible for all sales and marketing activities that will increase awareness of the business’s product and services offering to the public, clients and vendors with the aim of growing the business market share.
