Wage Offered: $54.40 hourly

Minimum Education: High School

Experience Required: 2 years of related experience or a College Diploma in business administration or other field

Start date of employment: As Soon As Possible

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, direct, control and assess the functioning of administrative and other departments
• Guide and supervise personnel responsible for functions such as record management, security, finance, procurement, human resources, and other support services.
• Manage and enforce corporate governance standards and ensure adherence to regulatory procedures within the organization.
• Develop, implement, and monitor budgets related to contracts, equipment, and supply procurement.
• Compile reports and summaries for management teams reviewing the effectiveness of administrative operations.
• Conduct interviews, make hiring decisions, and manage staff training and development.
• Carry out various other administrative responsibilities as needed.
