We will provide:

- Minimum of 35 hours/ week throughout your employment period

- Paid Vacation of 2 Weeks each year or 4% of salary

- Pay at $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Duties

• Assigning duties, responsibilities, and workstations to crew members in accordance with schedules during the shift.
• Participate in inventory management by ordering daily food supplies, including raw vegetables and meat products.
• Manage the restaurant's daily operation, running the floor, briefing the staff and supervising the restaurant set-up.
• Responsible for closing & opening the restaurant in accordance with the shift
• Prepare a weekly schedule of crew members.
• Train new and existing staff members on the policies and procedures
• Maintaining a safe, secure, and sanitary environment for guests, teams, and coworkers.
• Assist in greeting guests, taking orders and responding to our guest’s complaints and concerns to provide an upscale dining experience.
• Assist in ensuring that shipments received from vendors include fresh and top-quality ingredients.
• Prepare daily reports of sales, inventory, and wastage for the Manager
• Manage all communications within the appropriate timeframe and provide customers with an experience that wants them to return for more.
• Perform regular inspections of the kitchen and the dining area.

Requirements

• Minimum High School
• Minimum six months of experience in similar role
• Ability to legally work in Canada
