Position: Sales Supervisor – Retail

Salary: $23.34/Hourly

Minimum Education: College or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year

Location:  2311 Boundary Rd, Vancouver, BC V5M 4W5 

• Supervise staff 
• Assign sales workers to duties
• Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
• Authorize return of merchandise
• Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
• Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
• May perform key holding and managerial duties if required, such as opening and closing
• Managing escalated complaints, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and signing for deliveries.

SKILLS and KEY QUALIFICATIONS

• College or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
• One year to less than 2 years of related retail or wholesale sales experience at increasing levels of responsibility required.
