Responsibilities
Tasks
- Make sure the store runs smoothly every day, including shipping, packing, printing and mailbox services.
- Guide and support the staff — help with training, scheduling and daily tasks.
- Welcome customers and make sure they receive friendly and helpful service.
- Promote the store’s services like printing, shipping and mailbox rentals to increase sales.
- Keep track of supplies and products and reorder when something is running low.
- Make sure the store stays clean, organized and safe for customers and employees.
- Handle payments and daily cash balancing accurately.
- Look at store performance and find ways to improve customer service and sales.
