Are you a skilled and experienced Automotive Body-Repairer-Painter? SUPERIOR AUTO CENTRE LIMITED located at 226 Norseman St, Etobicoke ON M8Z 2R4 is looking for an experience individual to join a dynamic and fast-paced auto body shop with more than 35 years in business our Superior services offer our clients a one-stop automotive repair experience.

1 FULL TIME JOB POSITION (SHIFT WORK)

Job Type: Full-time 42.5 hrs. per week

Salary: $40.00 /hour

Overall 5+ years of experience and 3 years experience painting with Sherwin Williams Ultra 9K, 1 year experience using Formula Express 2.0-, and 3-years experience operating a Spray Bake paint booth.

Duties and responsibilities:

· Apply paint coats for touch-up repairs, make cosmetic repairs to vehicles and repaint them, often after collisions.

· Must know how to maintain and operate the equipment used for painting, some skills in auto body repair. Know how to create specialized paint finishes.

· Remove rust and other debris from surfaces to be painted,

· File, grind and sand body surfaces to be repaired,

· Remove damaged fenders, panels and grills and bolt or weld replacement parts into place.

· Fill cavities and dents in vehicles to create an even surface, mask, or tape off details and

· Components to avoid contamination and select the proper colors and substances for the project.

· Apply primers and repaint surfaces, Mix paint, blend, and match colors.

· Determining the necessary application of paint for a thorough coat and checking for runs or

· Sags in the paint to ensure a quality product.

· Create specialized paint finishes.
