Receptionist Functions/Responsibilities:

• Receptionists will greet people coming to our offices, direct them to the appropriate contacts or services
• Respond to telephone, e-mail, and in-person inquiries from staff, clients, vendors, and other parties.
• Refer all inquiries to the appropriate individuals, divisions, or departments across the companies.
• Type forms, letters, reports, and memos as necessary.
• Organize, maintain, and coordinate office records and files in their proper locations.
• As a front desk receptionist, present a positive and professional image of the company during all interactions.
• Observe and report any security issues to the designated person.
• Administer and manage inbound/outbound mail, including priority post, packages, courier services, and other correspondence.
• Maintain the reception in a tidy and presentable manner.
• Assist departments with administration tasks, as required.
• Schedule and confirm appointments 

 Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience:

• Secondary School Diploma
• 7 months to 1 year
• Computer and Technology Knowledge – Microsoft suite
