Housekeeping Manager 

The Canalta Lodge is the perfect place for your next getaway. Set in the mountains, at the base of Canada’s most majestic backcountry, Canalta Lodge provides an authentic taste of mountain life. Currently looking for a Housekeeping Manager, to be a valued member of the hotel leadership team, 

Key Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Obtains list of rooms to be cleaned immediately and list of prospective check-outs or discharges to prepare work assignments.

• Supervises daily housekeeping shift operations and verifies compliance with all housekeeping policies, standards, and procedures.

• Conduct daily hotel inspections

• Monitor and enhance team member productivity

• Maintain a positive, productive, professional attitude and appearance in dealing with all other departments in the hotel

• Ability to work independently and to partner with others to promote an environment of teamwork

Qualifications: 

• At least 2 years of related experience is required

• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing in English

Salary: $29.00 per hour- minimum 32 hours per week

Bonus: Potential bonus of 15% of annual salary at employers’ discretion.

Job Type: Full-time permanent, minimum 32 hours per week

Language: Strong command of English is required
