Job Description

1 Full-time permanent Cook (NOC 63200) position available at 2604195 Ontario Limited, located at- 1356 South Service Rd., Stoney Creek, ON, l8E 5C5, Canada

Main Duties to be completed as per the lead statement of NOC 63200:

 Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods,

Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies,

Inspect kitchens and food service areas,

Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food,

Order supplies and equipment,

Supervise kitchen staff and helpers,

Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment,

Clean kitchen and work areas,

Recruit and hire staff,

Organize and manage buffets and banquets,

Manage kitchen operations

Employment requirements

• Minimum one year of experience in related field.
• May require to work on flexible schedule: early mornings, late evenings weekends and holidays.
• Ability to communicate well with customers and co-workers
• Must be punctual, reliable and comfortable to work in fast pace environment.

 Compensation:

 $17 per hour for 40 hours weekly. Overtime starts after 44 hours
