1 Full-time permanent Business general manager position (NOC:00013) available at

 11696211 CANADA INC., located at 9886 TORBRAM ROAD suite 109 Brampton, ON L6S 3L9

Main Duties to be completed as per the lead statement of NOC :00013

Allocate material, human and financial resources to implement organizational policies and

programs,

Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior

staff positions,

Co-ordinate the work of divisions or departments,

Establish financial and administrative controls;

formulate and approve promotional campaigns;

Approve overall human resources planning,

Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs,

Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the

organization, in negotiations or other official functions,

Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority

to them and create optimum working conditions 

Employment requirements

• Completion of Bachelor's degree
• Minimum one year of experience in related field.
• May require to work on flexible schedule: early mornings, late evenings weekends and holidays.
• Ability to communicate well with customers and co-workers
• Must be punctual, reliable and comfortable to work in fast pace environment.

Compensation:

$64 per hour for 37.5 hours weekly. Overtime starts after 44 hours
