HVAC Service Technician

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment

• Identifying maintenance risks on equipment

• Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems

• Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently

• Complying with service standards, work instructions and customers requirements

• Assisting with customers queries

Qualifications: (experience needed and education)

• Gas and/or refrigeration Trade certification or ability to secure the certification within a short period of time

• We require a minimum of 2 years of related experience in multi-residential, commercial, or industrial properties

• Customer service experience - including the ability to communicate verbally and in writing

• Valid drivers’ licence and clean drivers abstract

• G1 TSSA Certificate is an asset

• 313A Apprenticeship is an asset

• 313A Certificate is an asset

Salary: We offer a range between $35.00 and 45.00 per hour based on qualifications and experience

Bonus: Potential bonus of up to 15% of annual salary at the discretion of the employer

Job Type: Full-time permanent, minimum of 32 hours per week 

Language: At least intermediate level of English proficiency is required.
