Location: Mississauga, ON L5N 6J5

Salary: $85.47 per hour for 30 hours per week

Overtime:1.5 times gross pay after completion of 44 hours

Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Job Responsibilities

• Identifying growth opportunities, partnerships, and strategies to expand the business.

• Building and maintaining relationships with key clients, investors, and other members.
• Assessing and mitigating risks to ensure the stability and resilience of the organization.
• Chiefly responsible for enhancing overall efficiency and productivity.
• Driving innovation and managing organizational change to stay competitive in the market.
• Evaluating the performance of the teams to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Eligibility Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field is typically required. 
• Extensive experience in progressively responsible leadership roles, often spanning at least 5 years or more, demonstrates a successful management track record.
• Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis; responsible for working within budgetary limits of $500,001 - $ 1,500,000. 
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey ideas, strategies, and objectives.
• Strong negotiation skills for dealing with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Strong networking skills to build and maintain relationships.
