Job Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and leadership to the organization, overseeing the team and ensuring alignment with overall goals.
• Make informed and timely decisions based on a comprehensive understanding of several ranges of services, including cargo storage, dry van services, dedicated air freight flights, and truckload services.
• Responsible for budgeting, financial planning, and maximizing profitability while maintaining fiscal responsibility.
• Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team, fostering a positive work culture and promoting professional development.
• Streamline processes and operations to enhance overall efficiency, identifying and implementing improvements where necessary.
• Develop and execute long-term business strategies, considering market trends, competition, and opportunities for growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
• Assess and manage potential risks to the organization, implementing strategies to mitigate these risks effectively.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure organizational success and identify areas for improvement.
• Analyzing regular reports to executive different policies and programs, also by summarizing key metrics, achievements, and challenges.

Eligibility Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field is typically required. 
• Extensive experience in progressively responsible leadership role of 5 years or more.
• The budgetary limit lies between  $500,001 - $ 1,500,000. 
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey ideas, strategies, and objectives.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Strong networking skills to build and maintain relationships. 
• Strong negotiation skills for dealing with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Location: Milton, ON L9T 0J5

Salary: $62.50 per hour for 30 hours per week

Overtime:1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours

Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period
