Location: Mississauga, ON L5T 2M9

Salary: $ 63.20 hourly / 30 hours per week

Overtime:1.5 times gross pay after completion of 44 hours

Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the company's overall strategic vision to ensure long-term success and growth.
• Oversee and lead the team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work culture.
• Drive financial success through effective budgeting, resource allocation, and cost management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
• Ensure efficient project delivery, meeting deadlines and quality standards, while optimizing resource utilization.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks to the business, both operational and strategic, ensuring business continuity.
• Develop and implement effective company policies, procedures, and best practices to streamline operations and ensure compliance.
• Implement performance metrics to assess and enhance the productivity and efficiency of teams and processes.
• Monitor and enhance customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and aligning services with client needs.

Eligibility Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience of 5 years or more in the IT industry, demonstrating a track record of successful management and strategic decision-making is highly valued.
• Strong leadership qualities, including the ability to inspire and motivate teams, make sound decisions, and drive results.
• Proven experience in developing and executing strategic plans that align with organizational goals and industry trends.
• A solid understanding of financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to optimize business performance within $ 500,001 - $ 1,500,000. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact.
