About Job

We are urgently looking for Customs Consultant for our Office in Caledon.

Summary of Position

As a Custom Consultant, your primary responsibilities are to integrate in our Office team and prepare and process import/export documents of our clients, prepare quotes for duties and taxeson good transshipped, and arrange for payment of duties and taxes to appropriate authorities. The Job content includes:

Advise clients on procedure for preparing import/export documents conforming to currentcustom regulations and laws.

Prepare quotes for taxes and duties levied for import/export of products.

Prepare documents on behalf of clients as per current custom regulations and arrange paymentof taxes duties for products to be exported/imported.

Arranging transportation, storage and warehousing of products including working out costs andpayments

Devise check-sheets to monitor and meet timelines for document submission and producttracking.

Qualifications

High School Graduate. Undergraduate degree will be preferred 

At least two years of practical on job experience.

Working knowledge of MS Office and basic computer skills. 

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Spoken ability in South AsianLanguages preferred 

Creative thinker with attention to detail and adaptability to changing customer needs

Eligibility to work In Canada.
