Key Responsibilities

1. Organize, review, and oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
2. Create staff schedule to ensure appropriate staffing.
3. Hire, train and manage staff members, ensuring that they provide excellent customer service and adhere to safety and sanitation standards.
4. Monitor customer feedback and respond to inquiries, comments, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
5. Track stock level of food, supplies and equipment, forecast needs and oversee ordering as necessary.
6. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other partners to ensure that the best possible service and pricing.
7. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and licensing laws.
8. Review work procedures and operational problems to determine ways to improve service, performance, or safety.

Qualification & Skills

1. Completion of College Diploma (or higher preferred).
2. 1-2 years working experience in the relevant field.
3. Great Oral and written communication skills.
4. Problem-solving skills.
5. Attention to detail.

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Wage & Benefits

$23 per hour, based on experience and skills
