Job Description

Wage: $40.00 per hour (permanent, full-time position – 40 hours /week – weather permitting)

 

Location of Work: Various locations throughout the Province of Ontario

 

Job Description:

  • Supervise construction workers & projects, including recommendations on hiring and promotions;
  • Coordinate and schedule activities of skilled trades in concrete & cement finishing
  • Responsible for training and ensuring all employees follow safety procedures and company policies;
  • Ensure sufficient materials are on job sites & place requisitions for materials, equipment and supplies as required;
  • Prepare and submit work reports
  • Resolve work problems and propose solutions

 

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience working with concrete forming
  • Ability to supervise a crew of 5 or more people
