Job responsibilties

  • Interview clients to assess their situation and determine the types of services and eligibility required.
  • Perform administrative tasks.
  • Proivde counselling and therapy to help clients to resolve social and personal problems.
  • Plan programs of assistance for clients.
  • Serve as a member of an interdiscipilinary team working with a clients group.
  • Control social reasearch.
  • Develop prevention and intervention programs to meet community needs.
  • Supervise professional staff, program leaders, instructors, and volunteer staff.
