We will provide:

- Minimum of 35 hours/ week throughout your employment period

- Paid Vacation of 2 Weeks each year or 4% of salary

- Pay range from $17.50 per hour to $18.50 per hour

Duties

• Assigning duties, responsibilities, and work stations to cooks, dishwashers and crew members in accordance with schedules during the shift.
• Participate in inventory management by ordering daily food supplies including raw chicken, lamb, dairy products etc.
• Manage the daily operation of the restaurant; running the floor, briefing the staff and supervising the restaurant set-up.
• Responsible for closing & opening of the restaurant in accordance to shift
• Maintaining a safe, secure, and sanitary environment for guests, teams, and coworkers.
• Assist in greeting guests, taking orders and responding to our guest’s complaints and concerns for providing an upscale dining experience.
• Assist in ensuring that shipments received from vendors include fresh and top-quality ingredients
• Manage all communications within appropriate timeframe and provide customers with an experience that wants them to come back for more.
• Perform regular inspection of the kitchen and the dining area.

Requirements

• Minimum one month of work experience in a similar role.
• Ability to legally work in Canada
