Education : No degree, certificate or diploma

Experience : 1 to less than 7 months

Work site environment : Non-smoking, Air conditioned

Work setting :  Urban area, Retail business

Responsibilities Tasks

• Supervise staff (apprentices, stage hands, design team, etc.)

• Assign sales workers to duties

• Order merchandise

• Establish work schedules

• Organize and maintain inventory

• Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages

• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers

• Conduct performance reviews

• Supervise office and volunteer staff

Supervision

• 3-4 people

Product or manufacturing design :Personal care items
