Experience: At least 2 years of experience to less than 3 years

Cuisine Specialties: Filipino Cuisine

Job Duties:

Have full operational Knowledge of Filipino dishes, recipes/standards and portion size

Follow recipes and or product for preparing, seasoning and cooking

Always inspect the quality and freshness of ingredients prior to preparation

Ensure that food and safety standards are met

Prepare and cook specialty dishes and other sauces

Be proficient in the use of all kitchen equipment including fryers, ovens and grills

Oversee kitchen operations and staff scheduling and supervising kitchen helpers

Maintain inventory and record of food supplies and waste
