 Receptionist Functions/Responsibilities:

Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll

Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems

Maintain general ledgers and financial statements

Post journal entries

Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports

Prepare tax returns

Process claims such as health insurance or workers compensation

Calculate premiums, contributions and benefits for insurance policies, pension and superannuating plan

 Employment requirements

• At Least 1 year experience as a Finance Officer or in a related field.
• Completion of a college program or equivalent experience
• Ability to speak and communicate in English. Tagalog speaking is an added advantage.
