Job Description

Job position: Housekeeping Attendant

Job duties:

1. Perform sweeping, moping, floor polishing and washing activities.
2. Clean and sanitize restrooms, showers and elevators, polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
3. Vacuum carpets and area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture before dusting it.
4. Distribute clean towels and toiletries, make bed, and replace bedding.
5. Respond to visitor’s requests for additional supplies.
6. Empty trash containers.
7. Report lost and found items.
8. Stock closets with linen and other essential supplies.

Requirements:

  • No degree, certificate or diploma required
  • Will train
  • Requires the ability to read, write, communication in English or french
  • Employment conditions may be Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift, Overtime, On Call, Flexible Hours, To be determined, Early Morning, Morning

Salary & Hours: $18.00 / hour for 40 hours per week

Vacatio pay: 4%
