Omer Enterprises Inc. (DBA: OMER CLEANING SERVICES) provides variety of services, including deep cleaning, carpet cleaning, commercial cleaning, and more.  We also provide our customers customised cleaning packages as per their needs. With the growing number of customers we are looking forward to hire a cleaning supervisor who can help manage the work.

Position: Cleaning Supervisor

Terms of employment: Permanent / Full Time

Vacancy: 1

Start Date: As soon as possible

Salary: C$29.80/ hour for 35 to 40 hours per week

Language: English

Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year

Education: Completion of Secondary (High) School Certificate.

Location: 136 E Hastings St #1, Vancouver, BC V6A 1N4

Main Duties:

• Hire and train or arrange for training to cleaning staff on cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer service.
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers.
• Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards
• Recommend or arrange for additional maintenance services
• Maintain financial records
• Assist cleaners in performing duties
• Coordinate the work and establish work schedules.
• Be able to supervise 3 -4 people
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Work conditions and physical capabilities:
Fast paced environment, work under pressure, repetitive tasks, physically demanding,Combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods.

Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots.
