Responsibilities

Tasks

  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve organizational goals and enhance the overall performance of the business. 
  • Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control measures to ensure the store's financial health and profitability.
  • Conduct research
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including staffing, inventory, and quality control, to maintain efficient and effective pizza production and delivery services.
  • Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources or other administrative services
  • Develop marketing initiatives to promote the pizza store, attract customers, and increase sales through various channels.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by overseeing the quality of service, addressing customer concerns, and maintaining a positive dining experience.
  • Recruit, train, and manage staff, including chefs, delivery personnel, and front-of-house staff, to maintain a skilled and motivated team.
  • Interview, hire and provide training for staff.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and other legal requirements governing the pizza store's operations.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts to secure cost-effective and quality ingredients for pizza production.
  • Plan, administer and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment and supplies
  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of a department providing a single administrative service or several administrative services
  • Explore and implement technology solutions to enhance order processing, delivery logistics, and overall operational efficiency within the pizza store.
