Job Description

• Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
• Establish type of services to be offered and implements operational procedure
• Assist manager in recruiting staff and overseeing staff training
• Lay down staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
• Periodically have one-on-one meeting with service staff to discuss performance and provide them with feedback
• Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
• Resolve customer complains
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Coordinate with suppliers for supply of food items and other supplies

Job Requirements

• No degree, certificate or diploma
• One year of experience in related field would be an asset but not mandatory
