Job Description

•  Manage the operation and functioning of the store.
• Supervise and oversee the function of the subordinate staff.
• Prepare work schedules for the support staff.
• Make necessary arrangements to hire and train new staff.
• Ensures that the customers are attended to promptly and proactively by the support staff.
• Improvise and implement methods to increase the sale of the convenience store like suggestive selling.
• Entertain, answer, and resolve customers’ queries and complaints concerning products.
• Ensures that all the promotional schemes running at the Store are properly displayed and customers are promptly and proactively informed about the promotions at the cash counter.
• Maintain sufficient inventories at the store and order them accordingly to make shelves well stocked.

Job Requirements:

• No degree, certificate or diploma
• Previous experience in related services would be an asset.
• Customer Focus, Attention to Detail, and working in a fast-paced environment

Language of work:             English 

Terms of Employment:     Full-time Permanent Position (35-37 hours/week)
