Position: Computer System Programmer

NOC: 21230                                                                                                                                       

Terms of employment: Permanent / Full Time (32 hours per week)

Education: College/ Certificate/ Diploma from a program of 1 Year to 2 Years

Experience: Minimum 2 year to less than 3 years experience needed.

Location: 5 Montpelier St Suite 314 Brampton ON, L6Y 6H4

Job duties to be performed

• Collaborate with users, clients, and internal teams to gather functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications for development.
• Develop, modify, and maintain software applications by writing clean, efficient, and well structured code based on defined requirements.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and technical issues to ensure smooth and reliable system performance.
• Integrate software modules, APIs, and third?party tools into existing systems to enhance functionality and improve workflow efficiency.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including coding, testing, debugging, implementation, and post deployment support.
• Review technical specifications and contributed to discussions on improving system functionality and application performance.
• Conduct unit testing and functional testing to verify that applications meet performance, usability, and quality standards.
• Provide ongoing technical support to users and teams by addressing software issues, implementing fixes, and optimizing application performance.
• Work closely with developers, QA analysts, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of software updates and enhancements.
