Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Job Description:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food

• Ensure food and service meet the quality standards

• Train new staff about job duties , sanitation and safety procedures

• Establish work schedules and procedures

• Keep track of stock, sales and food wastage

• Monitor compliance with safety and hygiene regulations.

• Resolve the customer complaints in a friendly and professional manner

• Evaluate the performance and staff

• Assist the staff in the development of restaurant policies and procedures

• Communication Skills

Pay rate: 

• $36.85per hour

Education and Work experience:

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

• 1-2 years of related work experience is an asset
