Job Description

RGS Transport Ltd. located at 98 Saddleback Rd NE Calgary AB T3J 4K5, is looking for 2 permanent full-time Long-Haul Truck Drivers to help us in hauling loads to various destinations in Canada.

 Duties and responsibilities:

Load and unload goods

Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials.

Oversee the condition of the vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage and other equipment.

Perform brake adjustments.

Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle.

Perform preventive maintenance.

Receive and relay information to central dispatch.

Record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled and fuel consumption.

Requirements:

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• 1 to 2 years of experience.

Remuneration:

• $36 per hour for 40 to 60 hours per week, permanent contract
