 Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities

Tasks

  • Install insulation on mechanical systems including pipes, ductwork, tanks, and equipment.
  • Measure, cut, fit, and secure insulation materials according to job requirements.
  • Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
  • Remove and replace damaged or worn insulation as needed.
  • Select appropriate insulation materials and thickness for each application.
  • Wrap, fasten, and seal insulation to control heat loss, condensation, and noise.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and cutting equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Work at heights, on ladders or scaffolding, and in confined spaces when required.
  • Follow safety procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment.
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas on job sites.
  • Coordinate with supervisors and other trades to ensure proper installation.
  • Comply with company policies, building codes, and workplace safety regulations.
